Vegetable Stir Fry|Stir Fried Vegetables|Sauteed Vegetables
I like to stir fry the vegetables that take a little longer to cook first, like the carrots and corn.

Vegetable Stir Fry|Stir Fried Vegetables|Sauteed Vegetables
It is a blend of colorful veggies cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.⠀
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp black seed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
STEP 1
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat.
STEP 2
Saute onions until soft for 2 minutes and add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Add peas and corn and any other vegetable you want to add here and cook for additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 4
Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper, black seed, garlic powder and mix well.
STEP 5
In a medium bowl, mix together vegetable stock, soya sauce and sugar and pour the mixture over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
STEP 6
Remove from heat and serve hot with noodles or boiled rice!
Notes
- You can add capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower spinach and any other vegetable of your choice.
