Best Guacamole With crispy Chips
My all-time favorite Guacamole recipe is quick and easy to make and is naturally vegan.
It is made with all of the fresh ingredients you would find in this recipe. But, I love the most about this Guacamole recipe is that all ingredients are perfectly balanced. There are all fun ingredients you can add-inns, such as fruits like pomegranate, mangoes, peaches and chopped and roasted nuts and Greek yogurt and much more you like!
The word “Guacamole” and the “dip”are both originally from Mexico, where avocados have been cultivated for thousands of years. The name is derived from two Aztec Nahuatl words–ahuacatl (avocado) and molli (sauce).
OK! Let’s talk how to make this simple dip!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
STEP 1
Slice avocados in half and remove the pit and gently scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a mixing bowl.
STEP 2
Mash your avocados with a fork or spoon till they reach your desired consistency. (Don’t over Do it!)
STEP 3
Mix in the diced onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander and minced garlic.
STEP 4
Sprinkle salt and black pepper and add lime juice and stir thoroughly.
STEP 5
Serve it on top of Nachos/Crispy chips or Tacos for an easy dinner upgrade along with salsa.
Notes
- Use ripe avocados. The tip to make perfect Guacamole is to use ripe avocados. Not too ripe, nor hard avocados (medium ripeness).
