Oreo chocolate chip Cookie
Sift 250 g all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate, 4 tablespoon cocoa powder.
Cream 120 g margarine and 1 tin of condensed milk.
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add the flour mixture and 200ml soda water and beat well.
Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Bake at 175c for 45 minutes.
Cut the cake horizontally nd sprinkle each half with soaking syrup(syrup 2 tablespoon,3/4 cup water).
Place bottom half of the cake on a tray and spread the whip cream on top.
Sprinkle 4-5 crushed oreo cookies on it.
Cover it with the other half.
Use the remaining whip cream to cover the cake.
Decorate the cake with oreo cookies, vanilla candies, vermicelli and pineapple chunks and chocolate sauce.
