Coffee chiffon Cake
Melt 5 g cooking dark chocolate and cool it down.
Mix 2 tablespoon coffee powder in 1/3 cup of water.
Sift 250g all purpose flour with 2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Cream 1 teaspoon butter and 400g condensed milk.
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and add molten chocolate.and coffee and mix well.
Add the flour mixture and 1/2 cup water gradually and keep on beating.
Pour batter in a mould and bake at 180c for 40-45 minutes.
Chill 2 1/2 cup whip cream in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Carefully fold in 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoon liquid coffe.
Slice the cake horizontally from the middle and soak the layers with a sugar syrup.
Sugar syrup/soaking syrup
Sugar 3 tablespoon, mix in 3/4 cup of water.
Spread 1/2 of the whip cream on the soaked on the cake and cover .
Soak the top layer with the remaining soaking syrup.
Spread the cream on top.
Decorate the cake with cream, cherries , chocolate sauce and coffee beans.
