Cinnamon Roll cup Cakes

Cinnamon Roll cup Cakes
Dissolve 1 packet yeast, 1/4 cup sugar in 1 cup warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix in 2 eggs, 1/3 salted butter, 1/4 cup sugar.
Add 4 1/2 cup all purpose flour and mix.
Knead well and place in a bowl and cover an d put aside for 1 hour.
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 2 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder.
Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Roll up the dough and cut 24 rolls .
You have to un roll and re roll in order to fill in the the cup cake mould.
Cover and put aside for 30 minutes or overnight.
Bake rolls at 400f for 10-15 minutes.
Frosting
Mix 8oz. cream cheese, 2/3 cup butter and beat.
Add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar gradually and beat and put on the top of the cup cakes.
