Churros with hot chocolate
Boil 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup water, 1 stick butter.
Reduce the heat and stir in 1 cup all purpose flour gradually.
Break 3 eggs and whisk and pour into the dough.
Knead and wrap with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Heat 8 cups(2l) oil in a pan on a medium heat.
Place the chilled dough into a piping bag and fry till change its color to brown.
DUST WITH CINNAMON-sugar and dip in hot chocolate sauce.
Add 100g castor sugar and 4g cinnamon powder.
Hot chocolate sauce
Bresk 300 g dark chocolate and 4g cinnamon powder
Place 300 ml milk in a pan and boil.
Pour on the top of a chocolate and whisk until smooth.
