heat oil and add 3 sliced onions and make them soggy.
add 1/2 kg okra/bhindi and mix well .
Cook til it leaves the stickiness and add 1/4 teasoiin black seed and cumin
add 1 whole garlic in a julenne cut and cook for a while
add salt, crushed chilies, turmeric and cook for 3 minutes
add 3 medium tomatoes and cook
add 1/4 cup water and cover and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes
when the water dries out and leaves the oil cook .
add green chilies, coriander and garam masala and mix well and cook for a whiole.
