Add 2 sliced onions, 1/2 kg qeema, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilies, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 2 peeled and chopped tomatoes in a pan alongwith 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook for 20-25 minuts on a medium to low heat.
Deep fry the bittergourd until it turns to golden.
Pour oil in the minced meat and cook until it leaves the oil.
Add 2-3 sliced onions and green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add fried bittergourd and simmer for 5 mins.
