peel bitter gourd and add salt and put aside in a warm place for an hour.
Now squeeze the well either with your hands or in a napkin.
take 1/2 kg qeema and add 1 cup water, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, salt, chilies, turmeric, 1 tamatoe peeled and chopped and cook till the water dries out.
Add 1 cup soaked dal chana and boil .
add garlic, onions, tomatoes and cook well and mix in qeema.
fill the bitter gourd wiith qeema masala and sew with a needle and thread and fry in oil.
Once done, add 3-4 sliced onions,2 tomatoes, salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilies and simmer for 10 mins.
