In hot water , add cinnamon, black cardamom and cauliflower(small piece) and boil and cook for 15 mins.
Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions and cook .
Add ginger and garlic paste and cook .
Add chopped tomatoes, water, salt, chilies, turmeric, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well and cook on a high heat.
When it leaves the oil add the meat and mix well. a
Add water and boil and cook till it becomes tender.
The cauliflower should not be too mushy and soft.
When the meat is well cooked, add the cauliflower and mix well.
add fresh ginger and cook for 10 mins till the oil comes out on a medium heat.
Add garama massala , fresh coriander and green chilies and cook for 3 more mins and dish out and serve.
