Add 4-5 medium onions, garlic, mutton, salt, red chilies, turmeric in water and cook till the water dries out.
Add oil and of ginger, 3 black peppercorns, 2 cloves, 1/2 teasspoon cumin and 1 whole coriander seeds.
Cook till it leaves the oil.
Pour in a serving bowl and put freh coriander, chopped mint, green chilies, onin rings amke a layer on the top of mutton.
add a layer of 1 cup yogurt.
sprinkle spring onions
Put a piece of foil/roti and put hot piece of coal and pour a litlle oil and it gives some steam.
cover for 3 mins to give a smoky effect.
