chop 1/2 kg minced meat with onions, green chilie, ginger nad cloves of garlic, salt, coriander seeds and 2 slices of bread in a chopper.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry in oil and add 4 chopped tomatoes and make a curry.
add the kabab and put on simmer for 10 mins
In a pot , add 1/2 curry and put onion rings and add the remaining curry and add yogurt and onion rings.
Burn the coal and puta foil/roti and put hot coal and sprinkle oil and cover for 2 mins to give a smoky effect.
