Fry the freh 1 kg chicken in 1/4 cup oil and dont cover it.
Cook on high heat.
WHEN TENDER, ADD SALT, AND CUMIN AND KEEP ON COOKING.
oNCE COOKED WELL, ADD 3 TABLESPOON OF GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND COOK WELL.
When its 90% done, add 6-7 peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Add green chilies and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and cook.
Chicken should not be too soft and cook on a high heat.
