Chicken shami kabab
1 kg chicken(1/2 kg chicken boneless breast and 1/2 chicken with bones thigh)
4-5 red whole chilies, ginger and garlic pieces,
1 potato, slat, onion, 1 cup chana dal(soaked in warm water) and water and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
When water dries out, put aside.
once cooled down, chop the mixture and add finely chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, egg, garam masala, yogurt and mix well.
Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
make kabab and fry.
