peel the bittrgourd and add 1 1/2 teasp salt and set aside for an hour in a warm place and squeeze well in a napkin.
Fry in oil shallow or deep
Add one onion in 1/2 cup oil and cook till the onions turn to brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste, red chili, turmeric, coriander and 2 tomatoes and cook well till it leaves oil.
add the chicken and cook
Now add 3 medium sliced onions, 1 tomato, 3-4 green chilies and stir fry till soft and dont cook
Add chicken and karela with 1/4 cup water and simmer for 20 minutes.
squeeze lemon juice while serving
