make onion and garlic paste
IN A bowl, add 1/4 cup yogurt, salt, chilies, turmeric, cumin, lemon, onion and garlic paste and coriander powder.
MArinate 1/2 kg chicken with the above yogurt mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
In oil, add 2 big sliced tomatoes and marinated chicken and cook on a medium heat by covering the pan.
After 10 minutes, open th elid nad cook for 5-10 more minutes.
Now add butter/ghee and cook an add 2 tablespoon yogurt, chopped green chilies and fresh corinader and simmer for 5 minutes.
