Afghani pulao
soak rice in hot water for 3 hours (pressure cook for 15 mins)
Add mutton, 1 jug water, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook.
separate the meat and yakhni.
Add oil in a pan and add raisins, carrots, almonds, pistachios, sugar and fry them.
fry the carrots in the same pan and take them out.
now fry the mutton in the same pan and take it out.
Add 1 onion and cook till pink. add 4 sliced tomatoes, and cook well with 1 teaspoon salt and cover it.
add 4 cups yakhni and when it starts boiling, add 4 cups of rice and mix and add sugar.
Cover and cook till the water dries out.
Reduce the heat and add mutton and carrots, almonds and raisins and put on simmer for 15-20 mins.
