Chicken Chilies Dry
Ingredients
2 cups chicken boneless
salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 tablspoon cornflour
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
6-7 green chilies paste
oil for frying
Directions
Marinate the chicken boneless with salt, black pepper, sugar, soya sauce,cornflour, ginger and garlic paste and put aside for 30 minutes.
In the chickne mixture, add green chilies paste afer 15 minutes and mix well and put aside for 15 more minutes.
In a pan, add oil and heat well.
Add the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and fry till it changes its color.
Change the sides and cook them well.
They are ready to serve now.
