Chicken Al-Akaif


1/4 cup butter

2 teaspoon salt

2teaspoon black pepper

2 potatoes boiled

1 kg chicken

2-3 spring onions chopped

fresh coriander chopped

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoon lemon juice



Place butter in a bowl and add salt and black pepper into it.

Give it a good mix and put in the freezer for almost half an hour.

Boil the potatoes in a pan and take them out in a bowl.

Let them get cool and mash them with a fork well.

Take out the frozen butter and add soy sauce, garlic paste  and mash.

Add spring onion, coriander and mustard powder and mix.

Make al-akaifin oval shape on ice cream stick or bone of a chicken drum stick and add the butter.

Dip in egg and then in crumbs and fry in hot oil.

Spray lemon juice on top and serve with salad.
