Veal-Spicy beef curry Ingredients 1 tablespoon coconut milk 1 chopped onion 2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ghee/butter 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 bay leaf 1/4 cup yogurt 1 cup double ceam 1 cup tomato purree 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper salt to taste 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1/4 cup water Directions Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and cook till turn to golden brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook for a while. Add ghee/butter, baye leaf, garam masala, cumin seeds and chili powder and mix and cook well. Add bay leaf, yogurt, double cream, tomato purree, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, coriander and water and mix and cook on a low heat till it leaves the oil. Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve.
