Spicy fish fry
Ingredients 
1 kg fish
10 green chilies
fresh green coriander
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Directions
Blend the green chilies in a blender with garlic and freh green coriander.
Put in a mixing bowl, and add salt, turmeric and garam masala and spread on a fish.
Marinate the fish for 4-5 hours and fry both sides of a fish in a hot oil till it tuns to golden.
Serve hot with boiled rice or lentils.
