Rotisserie Chicken
1 whole chicken
1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon rosemary leaves
Directions
Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves and rosemary leaves for about an hour.
Put the lemon in the middle of the whole chicken and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes till it becomes tender and change its color.
