Roghni nan

3 cups all purpose flour

1 Tsp yeast

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

2 Tsp nido

1 egg

¼ cup oil 

5 Tsp yogurt

Directions 

Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast and mix well.

Add water and oil gradually and mix till the dough becomes non sticky.

If the dough is sticky, add more flour so that it comes together and become a solid ball.

Grease the dough and cover it with a plastic wrap and put in a warm place. 

Let it sit for an hour and then make small balls and make them flat.

Make small holes with the help of a fork and cook it well.
