Pan fried chicken with lemon and oregano

1 lemon

1 whole chicken

½ tsp salt

½ cup oil 

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp oregano 

¼ bunch parsley

Directions

Squeeze ½ lemon on the whole chicken and season with salt.

In a pan, heat oil and put the chicken.

Add lemon, bleach pepper and oregano and cook for 5-10 minutes each side.

Serve hot with parsley on top.
