1/4 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoon vanilla

Salt + baking powder
Maple Syrup
Chick – peas            1 tn
Milk                ¼ cup
Peanut Butter            ¼ cup
Vanilla                2 tsp.
Oats                2-3 tsp.
        Blend Altogether & Serve
