Chicken Jelfrezi Ingredients 1/2 kg chicken boneless cubes 2 chopped onions 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1/4 cup oil salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 3-4 sliced tomatoes 1 sliced capsicum 1 slied onion 2-3 green chilies fresh coriander leaves Directions Heat the oil and add chopped onions and cook till they turn to brown golden color. Add coriander and ginger and garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken boneless and cook till it changes its color. In another pan, heat the oil and add the sliced tomatoes capsicum, sliced onion and garam masalaand salt and cook till they becoem soft. Add the cooked chicken into it and cook for a while. Serve hot with roti or garlic nan.
