Chicken Corn Soup Ingredients 14 cups water 1/2 chicken breast salt to taste 1 clove of garlic 1 cinnamon stick 3-4 black peppercorns 2 black cardamom 1 cup boiled and crushed sweet corn 1 tablespoon cornflour 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon vinegar 2 sliced boiled eggs Directions Boil the chicken breast in 14 cups of water in a pan. Add salt, chopped garlic, cinnamon, black peppercorns, cardamom in the pan and keep on boiling till the water is being reduced. Strain the chicken stock. Separate the chickn breast and shred it nicley. Take another pan and boil the sweet corn well. Strain the sweet corn and crush it. Put the sweet corn in the chicken soup. Stir in cornflour paste(mix 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon cornflour) and cook till it becomes thick. Add the shredded chicken, salt, black pepper and vinegar and mix and serve hot.
