Brownie cheesecake
B.sugar (1 cup almost)            (160g)        ¾ cup
All purpose flour                (120g)        1 cup
Butter                        (180g)        ¾ cup
Eggs                        3 
Vanilla                         tsp
Salt                         1 pinch
Chocolate negro (black)            (260g)

Melt chocolate (black) & butter in a microwave & put aside at a room temperature.

Beat the eggs & add brown sugar (white). Add vanilla & mix. Add the melted chocolate & combine stinips avoid the lumps. Add the all-purpose flour & salt & mix well. Pour in a pan. Put some a settle bowl
Cheesecake – beat cream cheese 225g well + 1 egg white sugar 60g & vanilla ½ tsp. pour mixture. Put some dots of the brownies &  main a design.
180 ºC for 60 min
