Baked Fish and Fries
Ingredients
2 fish fillets
salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaapoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cup potato fries
1 sliced cucumber
1 onion rings
Directions
Place the fish fillets on a chopping board and make cuts on the well.
Marinate the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, lemon juice for 2 hours.
In a mixing bowl, put some vinegar, chopped garlic, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and spread on the marinated fish.
Grease the baking tray and put the fish fillet for baking for 30 minutes.
Serve it with fries, cucumber and onion rings.
