Dum Tomato Seekh Kabab
Ingredients
Marination
250 g chicken
1 egg
2 teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 green chilies (chopped)

Gravy
1 onion

2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 taspoon black pepper
4 chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup yogurt
3 teaspoon ketchup
2 inch julienne cut ginger
fresh coriander
Directions
Marination
Into your chicken, add egg, cornflour,ginger/garlic paste, chat masala, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, green chilies chopped and coriander.
Mix with your hand until everything is incorporated but don`t overwork it.
Cover with foil and let marinate in refrigerator for two to 4 hours.
Scoop out a big ball of the meat mixture and pierce it through the skewer and spread the meat on the skewer gently with your hands.
Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame and shallow fry them till they are done.
Gravy
Slice the onion and squeeze the excess water.
Chop the green chilies and squeeze them as well.
Pour in the oil in a sauce pan and add onions in it. Cook till they change its color to a light brown.Take the out and place them on a paper.
In another pan, put some butter and heat it, Now, add ginger garlic paste and heat.
Add tomato puree, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper and cook for a while.
Add chopped onions and cook for 5-10 minutes on a low flame.
Add yogurt and cook and in the end put some ketchup and cook till it leaves the oil.
Now, you can add your seekh kebab and put on simmer.
Add ginger and fresh coriander and cover and simmer for 5 more minutes on a very low heat.
