06 Nov Sweet and Sour Chicken
Is there anyone you know that has never had Sweet and sour chicken?
I have a confession to make. I love rice. Any kind of rice. Anything that pairs well with rice, I love as well. This dish goes extremely well with plain white rice of any kind. An alternative to this can be rice noodles. The whole prep and making time will only take you 30 minutes for 4 portions (Or 2 portions for two separate meals)
Another advantage of this dish is that leftovers will always taste great, even on the following day. Just make sure to keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
You can use any part of the chicken for this. Thigh, leg, breast. Sometimes, depending on the cooking time, different parts of the chicken may become more or less dry than required. Make sure to adjust accordingly.

Add a paste of cornflour and serve with noodles.
If it becomes thick because of more cornflour, then soften it with water or soup.
