06 Nov Egg Pan Cakes with Sweet and Sour Beef
50 ml milk
1/4 cup oil
10 beef strips
3 sweet peppers
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
Fry the eggs in a pan in small quantities and make pan cakes.
Heat oil and fry beef strips for 2 minutes.
Add sweet peppers and fry for 4 minutes .
Add sweet and sour sauce and put on simmer for 2 minutes.
Spoon filling onto a pan cake and top with coriander.
Roll up and serve.
