Ingredients
2 pc chicken boneless
Bread slices
2 eggs
8 oz mayonnaise
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tap black pepper
1 pinch yellow food color
Salad leaves
1 cucumber chopped
Directions
Heat a bread slice in oil.
Add chicken, salt, black pepper, tomatoes, eggs,mayonnaise and yellow color and fry.
Spread mayonnaise on one slice and put chicken over it.
Put omelette on the other slice and put salad leaves, cucumber and chopped tomatoes on the last slice.
Cut into half and serve.
